Located on beautiful scenic grounds, Play and Learn Royersford provides convenient child care for Parkhouse employees and families living and working in and around the Upper Providence and Royersford communities.

Our playground will offer climbing equipment and riding toys for younger and older children.  Indoors you’ll find bright, cheerful classrooms for learning centers and play.

As part of our healthy living standards and alignment with the Let’s Move initiative, Play and Learn Royersford provides enrichment gym and music programs as part of the curriculum.  Outside specialists in sports and music join us twice a month and always bring a smile to the children’s faces.  In addition, supplemental activity and learning programs are offered to families throughout the year.

Play and Learn Royersford accepts subsidized payment from Child Care Information Services (CCIS) and offers scholarship assistance through the Granny Scholarship Fund.

A message from the Center Director, Sheema Daftari:

I have been with Play and Learn since 2001.  Prior to becoming Director of Play and Learn Royersford, I worked with children of all age groups including Pre-K and Kindergarten and as the Assistant Director of the Blue Bell Play and Learn.  I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and a Bachelor’s of Science in Education. I have a PA Private Academic School Teaching Certificate in Nursery through Kindergarten and am currently taking PA Director’s Credential Courses.

My husband and I live right around the corner from the center with our two beautiful children. Our children have had the privilege of attending the Blue Bell Play and Learn, where they gained a strong start to becoming individuals.  I enjoy exercising, shopping, reading and spending time with my family.
