Every prospective staff member is carefully screened through a process of background checks and health appraisals. All applicants must submit two written references, along with documentation of their education and child care experience, which are jointly reviewed by the Center Director and the Employment Director.

New hires are evaluated after three months, and then on an annual basis to evaluate their performance and help them set professional, center, and organizational goals.
