Play & Learn Hatboro Hosts Legislative Round Table
Play & Learn Hatobro was pleased to host a recent legislative round-table focused on early childhood education in PA. Facilitated by ReadyNation, a non-profit policy advocacy group, and The Pennsylvania Early Learning Investment Commission, the round-table discussion explored the gaps in our local child care system and discussed the range of benefits that high-quality centers can have for infants and toddlers, working families, employers and communities on the whole. As one of only 39% of child care providers in Pennsylvania meeting high-quality standards, Play & Learn is proud to be engaging in this vital effort to advance quality child care and early education in PA.
Representatives from Play & Learn included Kimberly Follett, CEO, Melanie Godhania, COO, Katie Jaeger, Regional Director, April Eisenman, Hatboro Center Director and Amy Azarian, a parent from our Ft. Washington Infant Toddler Center.
