The Play and Learn organization is unique in comparison to other child care organizations. As a non-profit organization, our volunteer Board of Directors, President and Executive Director oversee all aspects of Play and Learn and provide expert support in the areas of education, public relations and finance.
Our Administrative Offices are local and community based, providing a constant support system for Center Directors and families. The administrative team works closely in a variety of positions to support the organization.
Our Accounting team, located within the Administrative Offices, handle payables, payroll and oversees the financial needs of each Play and Learn center. Each Play and Learn center has a dedicated accounting team member who is available to answer any questions.
Each Play and Learn center has an on-site Center Director and professional staff. Our directors and staff are all committed to working together with parents to create a safe, educational and fun setting for children.
Rest assured, your child is in good hands at Play and Learn! Our highly qualified teachers are caring, professional and committed to gently guiding each child’s progress. They work closely with parents to support each child’s development and learning. Not only are they experts in early childhood education, they are also certified in First Aid, CPR and Fire Safety.
Our teacher-to-student ratio follows DHS/PDE guidelines to ensure that your little one will receive the attention he or she deserves.
